IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On July 27, 1999, prior to the time scheduled for the hearing of this matter, counsel for the Respondent filed a Stipulation and Motion Between Complainant and Respondent to Dismiss. In the motion, the parties represent that they reached an informal agreement on the items to be repaired and , because some of the alleged problems have been fixed by third party contractors, the parties may pursue other remedies, if necessary. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing of this matter be vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this order be effective nunc pro tunc.
