The Arizona Department of Weights and Measures has requested to reschedule this matter for hearing, as the original Notice of Hearing was not timely sent to the Appellant. At this time, the hearing set for January 21, 1999, will be vacated in order to give staff additional time to obtain a new hearing date and notice the new hearing.
