On April 17, 2000, Complainants’ counsel filed REQUEST FOR DISMISSAL, requesting that the case be dismissed for the reason that the dispute at issue had been resolved. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on June 13, 2000, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire CITATION AND COMPLAINT in Case No. 99-3146 be dismissed.
