STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Complainant filed a notice with the Office of Administrative Hearings, stating that the complaint is withdrawn, requesting the hearing be vacated and the complaint dismissed. In view of the foregoing and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 25, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, be dismissed.
