IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing, Complainant informed the Registrar of Contractors that Respondent had paid its account in full. Because the only statutory violations alleged in this administrative complaint were based on Respondent’s failure to pay bills for materials used in its contracting business, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 3, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 99-2793 be dismissed.
