In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for October 6, 1999, be vacated, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for final disposition with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint be dismissed with prejudice as requested by the Complainant.
