This matter involves claims and counterclaims for payment of labor and services. After the commencement of the hearing, the parties reached an agreed settlement of their contested issues. Complainant Michie Concrete withdrew its complaint, and the parties mutually released each other from any and all claims. Their agreement was formalized in writing for the benefit of the parties. Parties may resolve a contested case by agreed settlement. Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-1092.07(F)(5). Based upon the agreement of the parties, Administrative Law Judge George A. Schade, Jr. submits this Recommended Decision and Order to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). RECOMMENDED ORDER It is recommended that the Registrar close Citations and Complaints No. 99- 2562 and 99-2562W. SUBMITTED this 1st day of October, 1999.
