IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The day before the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant informed the Registrar of Contractors that Respondent had entered into a settlement agreement to take certain actions that would resolve Complainant’s complaints to his satisfaction. In view of the Respondent’s settlement of Complainant’s complaints, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 8, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint in Case Number 99-2518 be closed.
