FINDINGS OF FACT This case was consolidated for hearing with Case No. 99-2205. That case was resolved by a settlement between the respondent, Renaissance Flooring, Inc., and Complainant. Based upon that settlement, Complainant, for the record stated that the above captioned case against P J S Ceramic Tile Co. should be dismissed.

RECOMMENDATION In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that Citation No. 99- 2204, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, be dismissed. DONE AND ENTERED this day, September 8, 1999
