Counsel for the parties have filed stipulation to dismiss this matter without prejudice to the parties proceeding to resolve their dispute in their civil court action. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for August 2-3, 1999, be vacated and that this matter be returned to the Registrar of Contractors for final disposition with the recommendation that the parties stipulation be accepted.
