IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Hearing in this matter was set for August 19, 1999, before the undersigned administrative law judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings. On August 9, 1999, the parties filed a jointly-executed RELEASE and STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL, which set forth the terms of a compromise and settlement agreement resulting in Complainant's dismissal, with prejudice, of all claims against Respondent in Case No. 99-1770. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on August 19, 1999, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire CITATION AND COMPLAINT in Case No. 99-1770 be dismissed.
