IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Hearing in this matter was duly set for May 20, 1999, before the undersigned administrative law judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings. On May 19, 1999, Complainant and Respondent, through respective counsel, filed a jointly-executed STIPULATION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT with this office stipulating and agreeing that the above-captioned complaint be dismissed, with prejudice, for the reason that the parties had settled the matter. In view of the foregoing, and upon review of the record, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on May 20, 1999, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire CITATION AND COMPLAINT in Case No. 99-1762 be dismissed.
