Prior to the date set for hearing in the above-entitled matter, counsel for Complainant filed NOTICE OF DISMISSAL, without prejudice, with the Office of Administrative Hearings, stating that Respondent had no objection. Upon consideration of the entire record, including Respondent’s previously-filed MOTION FOR PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE / MOTION TO CONTINUE HEARING, the undersigned finds dismissal to be warranted, and therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on August 6, 1999, at 9:00 a.m., be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the CITATION AND COMPLAINT in Case No. 99-1749 be closed. Done this day, July 30, 1999.
