IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Contractors’ Recovery Fund filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings a copy of a communication, mailed to Plaintiffs on January 13, 1999, indicating that this matter had been resolved and canceling the request for a hearing. The communication further indicated that the Contractors’ Recovery Fund intended to pay Plaintiffs the sum requested in their claim. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing consistent with their letter to Plaintiffs dated January 13, 1999.
