IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 9, 1999, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Stipulation to Dismiss from Sonja Duckstein, counsel for the Respondent, stating that the parties have stipulated to dismissing this matter. Both parties signed the Stipulation to Dismiss.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for August 10, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Director deems appropriate.
