IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Several days before date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant’s attorney informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that it wished to withdraw its complaint because it is on the verge of obtaining the relief it desired in a judicial forum. In view of Complainant’s decision to withdraw its complaint, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on May 12, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 99-1202 be dismissed.
