Counsel advises that the parties have entered into a Consent Agreement. Counsel for Dr. Sayegh has confirmed the settlement to the Office of Administrative Hearings. In view of the foregoing, and in accordance with A.A.C. R2-19-111, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for January 5 and 6, 2000 be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners for final disposition.
