The State Board of Medical Examiners, through counsel, has filed a motion to vacate the hearing in this matter due to the parties having entered into a written Stipulation For Consent Order. In view of the foregoing, it is determined that good cause exists for granting the motion. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for October 15, 1999, be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners for final disposition. Done this day, October 14, 1999.
