Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Respondent filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been resolved and including a signed release from Complainant wherein she indicated that she agreed to cancel the hearing in this matter. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, shall be closed.
