Hearing in this matter was scheduled to convene on March 16, 1999. On March 15, 1999, the parties filed by facsimile a STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL executed by counsel on March 10, 1999, which stated Complainant’s intent to dismiss without prejudice1 the complaint against Respondent in this matter, and vacate the hearing. On the basis of that stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing set for March 16, 1999, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the CITATION AND COMPLAINT in Case No. 99-1025 be closed.
