On the morning of the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the Complainant notified the undersigned that all matters in issue between the parties had been resolved and effectively requested that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 27, 1999 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 99-0626 be closed.
