Prior to the assigned date of February 17, 1999 that had been set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the Registrar of Contractors entered and served an Order closing the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 99-0239 based upon the recent revocation of Respondent’s contracting license in another matter.

In view of the foregoing termination of the pending administrative action by the forwarding agency and good cause otherwise appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the reserved date for the hearing in this case, scheduled to convene on February 17, 1999, be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
