On October 8, 1999, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss for the reason that the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality issued a closure letter regarding the Hazardous Waste Compliance Order thereby rendering this matter moot. Consequently, there is no need to proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, October 12, 1999.
