Appellant Tosco Marketing Company has requested that its request for an administrative hearing in this matter be withdrawn due to the resolution of the dispute between it and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for February 4, 2000, be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for final disposition.
