IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Unocal Corporation withdrew its request for a formal hearing because it received a written determination from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality approving payment of additional costs, subject to SAF ranking and co-payment obligation. In view of the parties’ resolution of their dispute, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on February 3, 200 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality with the recommendation that it be dismissed. Done this day, February 1, 2000.
