IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was set for hearing to be held on February 1, 2000 pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) on November 29, 1999. On January 31, 2000, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of a January 28, 2000 letter indicating that the matter was settled between Appellant Casa Sierra Investments LP and the ADEQ. That filing further stated that Appellant wished to withdraw its request for hearing for a SAF reimbursement application in the above captioned matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the ADEQ for any further handling. ORDERED and DATED this day, February 1, 2000.
