IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Hearing in this matter was scheduled to convene on January 26, 2000, at 9:00 a.m., before the undersigned administrative law judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings. On January 10, 2000, TOSCO’s representative, Sterling Hundley, filed correspondence stating the parties had resolved the matter, and was therefore withdrawing its request for hearing. For that reason, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for January 26, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that the matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for disposition consistent with the foregoing.
