Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Appellant informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that the parties had resolved their dispute. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 19, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this appeal be remanded to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality with the recommendation that it be dismissed. Done this day, January 11, 2000.
