IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Appellant’s vice president informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that Appellant wished to cancel the hearing and resubmit its application to the State Assurance Fund. In view of the parties’ apparent resolution of their dispute, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 5, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality with the recommendation that this appeal be dismissed.
