This matter was set for hearing on October 18, 1999. On October 15, 1999, Assistant Attorney General Joan Card, Esq., representing the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (“Department”), and David J. Armstrong, Esq., representing the Appellant, filed a Stipulation to Dismiss the hearing for the reason that the parties had reached a settlement. There is no reason to hold a hearing. Parties may resolve a matter by agreed settlement. Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-1092.07(F)(5). Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing set for October 18, 1999.
