Hearing in this matter was scheduled to convene on October 14, 1999, at 9:00 a.m., before the undersigned administrative law judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings. On October 4, 1999, Chevron’s Project Manager filed a document stating the parties had reached an acceptable agreement, and Chevron was therefore withdrawing its request for hearing. For that reason, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for October 14, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that the matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for disposition consistent with the foregoing.
