On July 9, 1999, Toot N Moo filed a letter with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality withdrawing the request for a formal appeal. The Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of the letter in question. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for September 9, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this matter be dismissed.
