In view of the foregoing; It Is Hereby Ordered that the hearing of this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings; It Is Further Ordered that the case is remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for disposition in accordance with the settlement agreement entered by the parties.
