IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 13, 1999, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a communication from the Carioca Company indicating that the issues contained in this matter had been resolved and that they were withdrawing their request for a hearing. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for August 17, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this matter be dismissed.
