The Appellant, Chevron Products Company, has advised the Office of Administrative Hearings that the parties have reached an agreement resolving their dispute in this matter. Chevron Products Company therefore withdraws its request for an administrative hearing. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for final disposition.
