Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Appellant’s attorney informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that the parties have resolved all disputed issues. In view of the parties’ settlement, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on July 21, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality with the recommendation that this appeal be dismissed.
