This matter is set for hearing on August 6, 1999. On August 5, 1999, Assistant Attorney General Lyle D. Riggs, Esq., representing the Arizona Department of Agriculture (“Department”), filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing for the reason the parties had entered into a Consent Agreement, which the Director of the Department and all parties signed on August 5, 1999. A copy of the Consent Agreement was filed with the motion. Parties may resolve a matter by consent agreement. Arizona Revised Statutes § 41- 1092.07(F)(5).

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing and remanding this matter to the Department. ORDERED this 5th day of August, 1999.
