The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, by and through counsel, has filed a Notice of Settlement and a Motion to Vacate the Hearing scheduled for November 19, 1999, at 9:00 a.m.

Upon review and consideration of the Motion, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the hearing previously scheduled for November 19, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated. It is further OrDERED that this matter be returned to the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for final disposition.
