On November 12, 1999, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of a November 12, 1999 letter to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality from Mr. Burkhard Metzger on behalf of appellant Suntastic U.S.A., Inc. in which Mr. Metzger withdrew Suntastic U.S.A., Inc.’s appeal in this matter. As a result of Suntastic U.S.A., Inc.’s withdrawal of its appeal, the hearing currently scheduled for November 17 will be vacated. Therefore, good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
