IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 29, 1999, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Notice of Resolution and Request to Vacate Hearing from Assistant Attorney General Nancy Stone Jamison requesting that the hearing scheduled for November 1, 1999 be vacated because the parties have resolved this dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for November 1, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality for any further action that the Director deems appropriate.
