IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Executive Director of the Arizona State Board of Nursing has withdrawn the hearing. In response to inquiry from staff at the Office of Administrative Hearings, the Board disclosed that the withdrawal is due to Ms. Robinson’s failure to answer the complaint in the time allowed. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing previously scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on February 10, 2000 from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona State Board of Nursing for disciplinary action under A.R.S. § 32-1664(I). Done this day, January 31, 2000.
