IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (“Board”) filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings. This notice did not indicate any reason for the withdrawal. Accordingly, based upon the written notice received from the Board, the above entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is remanded to the Board for further action according to law.
