IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter is set for hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings on August 12, 1999, pursuant to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing (“Board”). The Board has filed a notice of its consideration of a Motion to Deem Allegations Admitted due to the failure of the Respondent to file an answer to the complaint. The Board will consider that motion on August 20, 1999. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for August 12, 1999, be vacated, and that this matter be remanded to the Board for final disposition. Done this day, August 2, 1999.
