On November 2, 1999, the Office of Administrative Hearings received written notification from Delta Dental Plan of Arizona, Inc., Appellant, that it wishes to cancel the appeal and is tendering the Department of Insurance the disputed amount assessed as an installment tax late filing penalty and interest for the period of March 15, 1999, through August 15, 1999. Consequently, there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
