IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 2, 2000, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Motion to Vacate Hearing from Assistant Attorney General Steven J. Duplissis, requesting that the hearing scheduled in this matter for March 14, 2000, be vacated because the Arizona Department of Real Estate has approved the Petitioner’s application for a real estate salesperson’s license.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for March 14, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for any further action that the Commissioner deems appropriate.
