IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 6, 2000, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Motion to Vacate Hearing filed by counsel for the Arizona Department of Real Estate for the reason that the license application of Appellant has been approved. The Notice of Hearing issued in this matter indicates that the hearing was an appeal of the Department’s denial of Appellant’s real estate salesperson’s license application. Based on the representation that the application has now been approved by the Department, it appears that there is no need for this matter to proceed to hearing. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, March 9, 2000
