On July 30, 1999, counsel for the Structural Pest Control Commission of the State of Arizona (“SPCC”) filed a Motion to Vacate the hearing of this matter. In the motion, counsel for the SPCC represents that he will be presenting a proposed resolution of this matter to SPCC which should dispose of the issues contained in the filed complaint. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for August 16, 1999 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the SPCC for further action .
