On July 16, 1999, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Consent Order from the Arizona Department of Real Estate (the “Department”) stating that the Petitioner has waived his right to a hearing in this matter.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for July 19, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Department for any further action that the Commissioner deems appropriate.
