IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology (“Department“) filed a motion to vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that the notice of hearing in this matter failed to comply with the thirty (30) day requirement set forth in A.R.S. § 41-1092.05(D). Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this matter be remanded to Department.
