The Complainant on the afternoon of March 20th, 1998, filed a Motion to Vacate the above entitled matter, that was scheduled for Monday, March 23rd, 1998, at 9:00 a.m., stating as grounds that the Respondent has made all payments due that were the subject of this matter. No objection thereto was received from the Respondent.

Upon review and consideration of the request, and for good cause shown, the motion to vacate is granted. The hearing of this matter previously scheduled for March 23rd, 1998, is vacated, and it is recommended that Case Number T98-0198 be closed.
